Rebirth of The Plant Pot
Illig Case Study
August 2020
One thermoforming machine stands next to the other. The 13 in-line systems produce plant pots in all conceivable sizes, colors and designs. The space is used optimally. In front of the thermoforming lines, numerous extruders are lined up, which ensure permanent film replenishment. Monofoil, coextruded foils with up to four layers – everything is possible. The production flow is sophisticated, designed for high productivity.
