Flexible Stacking Systems
1. Open System in Production Line
Die RedLine RDF 85 is an open modular production system. Depending on requirements, the foil unwinding unit can be configured with or without preheating unit. Various stacking systems can be integrated downstream of the forming and die-cutting unit.
2. Open Tool Interface
With the RedLine RDF 85, ILLIG implements the concept of an adaptive variable tool interface that enables the use of tools from different US and EU manufacturers. Third-party tools in both the form and trim stations can be installed in the RDF 85 by means of adapters. For this purpose, ILLIG offers the appropriate tool installation devices.
3. Wide Variety of Forming Applications
The RedLine RDF 85 is designed in such a way that the system allows a wide range of applications up to a drawing depth of 120 mm.
4. Variable Heating Length
Depending on the material to be processed (PS, PET or PP) and the material thickness, ILLIG offers two heater lengths of 1,865 mm and 3,105 mm for the RedLine RDF 85. ILLIG VHW pre-heaters can also be incorporated to the RDF.
5. Flexible Stacking Options
Flexible End-ff-Line (EOL) solutions are available for the RedLine RDF 85. Depending on customer requirements, you can stack up or down, with or without counting device, using the two-axis handling system.
